What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €150 (excluding Ireland – for which there will be a €4.95 shipping cost on all orders). There will be a charge of €3.95 for all orders under €150. We will keep you informed about the progress of your order by email. Of course you will receive a confirmation by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed on business days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. Your order will be shipped the next business day in case you place your order after 17:00 or during the weekend. You will receive a confirmation per email once your order has been shipped. This applies to all countries accept for Finland. All orders for Finland are shipped within two business days.
Is it possible to cancel an order?
After you have placed your order, it will be processed right away and prepared for shipping as soon as possible. Therefore, our system unfortunately doesn’t allow us to cancel or adjust an order once it’s placed.
What is your return policy?
At Steve Madden Europe you can easily return unworn shoes, bags, clothing or accessories. We offer a return period of 14 days, counting from the day your order was delivered. We advise you to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. For our full Return Policy, please click here.
When can I expect my refund for a return?
The shipping and processing of returns can take up to 14 days. You can expect the refund within 5 working days after we have received and processed your return. Any refunds will be issued to the payment method you used to place your order so please check this payment method.
ATTENTION: Keep your proof of return until your return has been fully processed and refunded. Without a valid proof of return, we can’t start an investigation for your missing return. This means that we can’t process the refund in the case of a missing return without a valid proof of return.

Will the items in my basket be reserved for me?

No, items in your basket aren’t reserved. The purchased product(s) will be taken out of stock for you when you have paid.
Can I cancel/adjust my order?

What forms of payment are accepted?

You can pay your order with Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, iDeal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Sofort. Payment options may differ per country. When choosing for credit card payments, we’ll write off the amount directly from your credit card.
After an order is placed, our system will authorize your payment to verify that the funds are available.
Klarna payment method is active in the following countries: Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Finland.
Are all prices including VAT?

How do I use a discount code?

If you want to use a discount code, you can apply it when you proceed from your shopping basket to the check out. In the check out, you can see an overview of the product(s) you’re going to order on the right. This contains a text box with the text ‘discount’. Type the discount code that you want to use and click on ‘apply’. After applying the discount code, it will be displayed whether the code has been processed successfully or not. When the code has been applied successfully, the purchase amount will be adjusted automatically.
Is it not possible to apply the discount code? Then the products in your shopping cart probably don’t meet the condition of the code or the discount code might has expired. Is the SM pass valid on your webshop?

What are the shipping fees?

Ireland: There will be charged €4.95 shipping costs on all orders. Please make note that there will be no additional VAT or duty charges requested on delivery by our carriers. All other countries: We offer free standard delivery on all orders over €150. There will be charged €3.95 for all orders under €150.

Unfortunately, it can happen that something goes wrong with your order before or during shipment. You of course can’t do anything about this as a customer! What is your warranty period?

Steve Madden is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for a maximum of 6 months for shoes and bags, starting on the date that the item was delivered.

What are the general conditions for discount codes?

Discount codes have a limited validity.
Discount codes may be linked to certain categories or (discount) promotions.
Discount codes may have a minimum and/or maximum order value. Even after you have returned items, this minimum order value must still be achieved.
Discount codes cannot be applied to previous purchases nor combined with any other offers or discounts including price matching of any other retailer.
Discount codes are not valid for cash or cash equivalent.
In case you return your order, the discount code will not be valid again for the next order.
Steve Madden Europe has the right to cancel or change any promotion at any time without notice and in its sole discretion.
What are the conditions for 10% off when subscribing to the newsletter?

The discount code is valid for 15 days.

Terms and Conditions for Shoe Giveaway
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the “Buy a pair this week and win free shoes for a whole year” giveaway hosted by Steve Madden Europe. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Europe and UK who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Steve Madden Europe, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Process
To enter the Giveaway, participants must purchase a full-priced pair of shoes in the period between 09-15 September 2024.
Each participant can enter the Giveaway once. Additional entries will not increase the chances of winning.
The Giveaway will be cancelled when first pair of shoes will be returned and refunded.
4. Prize
One winner will be randomly selected to receive one pair of shoes from our collection, subject to availability, each month. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
Winners will receive one pair of shoes per month for 12 months starting from the first month in which they win.
The specific style, color, and size of shoes will be chosen by the winner from our available stock, subject to availability.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
A random draw will be held on the 16th of September 2024, and the winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during the entry process.
Winners must respond to the notification within 3 day to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the timeframe will result in forfeiture, and another winner will be selected.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free for all winners within Europe and UK. If the winner resides outside of the eligible shipping region, they will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees, taxes, and duties.
We are not responsible for delays or issues related to shipping once the prize has been dispatched.
7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winners agree to allow Steve Madden Europe to use their name, image, and any content they may share (such as social media posts) for marketing purposes, without additional compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Steve Madden Europe is not responsible for any technical errors, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may affect your ability to participate in the Giveaway.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
9. Privacy
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
